Welcome to the Spartan House! This beautifully remodeled townhome is on a quiet street, just an 8 minute drive or 15 minute walk to JHU Homewood campus. No car needed! Easily accessible to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, entertainment and more. 5... minute drive to Amtrak train at Penn Station for easy travel to DC, Virginia, New York, and more.

2 private bedrooms with a shared full bathroom available now:

Bedroom A ($1,100/mo including utilities): This large 12 by 13 ft bedroom faces the front of the house and can get a lot of natural sunlight. It is fully furnished with black out curtains, a full size bed, dresser, and nightstands. The room also features a full size closet. The maximum occupancy of this room is 1 adult

Bedroom A ($1,200/mo. including utilities): This oversized 16 by 12 ft private bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, lounge chair, black out curtains, and wall mounted smart tv. This room faces the back of the house and is very quiet. It has 2 windows and gets a lot of natural sunlight. The maximum occupancy of this room is 1 adult

These rooms are on opposite ends of a shared hallway. There is a shared full bathroom which features a full tub shower, toilet, and vanity sink. The laundry room in the same hallway and has a stacked washer and dryer machine.

The first floor is a shared, common area with a unique, hand painted mural. The living room has a sofa and coffee table seating area, leading to the dining room which seats 4, and full kitchen. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances: full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove, as well as being fully stocked with all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, etc. The kitchen leads out to a private, fenced in backyard.

This is a room rental in an owner-occupied house. Seeking a roommate who is ideally a student, medical resident, or working professional. Veteran and LGBTQ friendly. Roommate matching provided or apply with a friend!

Rental terms by semester, academic year, or 1 year lease preferred. Discount of $50/month off for paying the Fall/Spring semester upfront after signing a lease. Medical residents can rent for the duration of their contract and get first priority to renew upon request.
