We are looking for a second tenant for this shared Hampden townhouse in addition to one tenant (female student at Towson University) we have already found. The second tenant will primarily occupy the lower level apartment with w/recessed lights, full bath and walk-out to rear yard. In addition, they will occupy a small bedroom/office on the second floor. Kitchen and living area on the first floor will be shared between tenants.

There is a bus stop for the shuttle to JHU and UMD right next door.
